A New Funding Round for Quicksave Interactive
March kicked off with a big milestone for us. We finalized a new funding round and welcomed HyperScope Ventures as an investor.
For years, we’ve been building the technology behind interactive web experiences. Now, we’re taking that further with playables.ai, our generative AI platform that lets anyone create and publish interactive ads in hours, sometimes even minutes. No coding needed.
HyperScope backs founders building at the edge of what’s possible, with a strong focus on application-layer AI and technologies that unlock human potential. In other words, a perfect match.
Together, we’re working toward a future where creating interactive ad experiences is faster, smarter, and accessible to everyone.
Huge thanks to the HyperScope team for believing in our vision. This is just the beginning!

Double Win at SPOT Awards for Tuska x Mononen
March also brought us not one, but TWO new awards for our collaboration with Tuska Festival and Funeral Home Mikko Mononen Oy.
At the SPOT Awards 2026, the collaboration took home:
🥇 Event Activation of the Year
🥇 Sponsorship & Event Work of the Year (main award)
This marks the third award for the campaign. The first one was already received back in September, when Superstruct Entertainment awarded it Best Creative Campaign.
If you missed it, this was the activation where thousands of festival visitors could design their own funeral at Tuska Festival, powered by our interactive playables technology. A bold concept that turned a traditionally taboo topic into something people were genuinely curious to explore.
According to the jury, the project was “a perfect example of innovative and impactful sponsorship, with a clear goal and consistent execution.” We’ll take that.
Even early on, we had a feeling this one was something special. Seeing it continue to gain recognition just confirms it.
The journey isn’t over yet. As the winner of the main award, this project will now go on to represent Finland at the ESA Awards in London!
Huge congratulations to our amazing partners at Tuska Festival and Hautaustoimisto Mikko Mononen Oy, and thank you to everyone who supported the project along the way.
Playables.ai Had People Lining Up at GDC

A couple of weeks ago, our CPO Ville-Kalle headed to San Francisco for the Game Developer Conference (GDC), packing in a week full of meetings, side events, and conversations across the industry.
Here are VK’s key takeaways:
“GDC is usually packed with Nordic games people, especially Finns, but this year there were definitely fewer Finns around. The expo itself also felt smaller compared to previous years, but there were still high-value meetings.”
“Marriott Marquis worked really well for meetings. Definitely recommend.”
“It’s a good idea to invest in company merch and clothing for events like these. If your brand is clearly visible, especially on the back of your shirt, you’re basically a walking business card. People come talk to you much more easily.”
“You don’t always need a €10K+ booth. I attended the Games + AI meetup where I had a small playables.ai booth. If you have a strong idea, great demos, and good introductions, all you really need is a table (if that), something with your brand on it, and a device to show your product.”
And the result?
People were lining up to see playables.ai in action, with barely a quiet moment in between.”
Big thanks to everyone we met during the week, and especially our Finnish friends!
New 3D Playable Showcase: Cthulhu Keeper

To wrap up the month, here’s a look at one of our latest playable showcases: Cthulhu Keeper from Kuuasema, a real-time tactics and dungeon-building game set in a dark, eerie 1920s world.
In the game, you take on the role of a cult leader, building your lair, summoning creatures, and sending your followers on missions to expand your influence.
Our playable focuses on a tense, stealth-driven moment. Your task is simple: move carefully, sneak past the guard, and strike at the right moment. One wrong move, and you’re caught.
This marks our second 3D playable, and also one of our more ambitious ones so far. After the initial technical setup, the playable itself was built in roughly 14 hours.
AI played a major role in the process, contributing to around 60% of the implementation. It handled key elements like gameplay logic, enemy behavior, detection systems, and even transitions between states. For example, the full “caught” sequence, from detection to camera zoom and reset, was generated by AI.
A playable that would have taken months to build the old way is now created in record time with playables.ai.
Big thanks to Kuuasema for choosing playables.ai to help boost Cthulhu Keeper’s potential through interactive ads.
March was a big one: new funding secured, awards added to the shelf, and a week in San Francisco full of conversations, demos, and strong signals from the industry.
It’s clear things are moving fast. AI, playables, and real demand are all converging, and we’re right in the middle of it.
More showcases, more insights, and a few exciting next steps coming your way in April.
See you next month! 👋

Quicksave Interactive is building a vibe creation platform: a secure, data-driven tool for publishing interactive and playable ads and web content. Powered by AI-driven tools, our platform makes it fast and easy to create high-performing formats. Interactive ads perform over 3x better than video ads, but have been costly and time-consuming to make, until now.
Our Finland-based team has a strong track record in interactive WebGL experiences, including Treasure Tails (Facebook), Werewolf Friends (Zoom), and Axie Infinity: Raylights (Ronin blockchain). Our game development Toolkit is also available for licensing.
