How We Use AI Every Day to Work Smarter

Hi, it’s Karo from Playables.ai!👋

April didn’t slow down: new playables, live demos, and a few things you’ll want to click through yourself.

Let’s dive in!

In This Post 👇

  • AI on stage: Elina at Game Talent Fair and what’s actually working with us in practice
  • New Showcase Done in Just 7 Hours: Learn music theory through interaction with Justin Guitar
  • Release Notes, Reimagined: Click through and experience what’s new in PlayablesAI

Elina at Game Talent Fair: What AI Is Actually Changing

On April 23rd, our CEO, Elina took part in the Game Talent Fair at Helsinki City Hall, a talent development event focused on supporting the sustainable growth of the games industry.

The event offered talks, panels, and 1-on-1 meetings around topics like AI in games, investments, and career opportunities.

Elina started her day with her own talk, “Effective use of AI in production and in the product.” She shared how we are using AI across the entire workflow at Quicksave, from marketing to code to management, with real examples from building playable ads using our own tools.

She also joined a panel discussion titled “Opportunities & Challenges in AI Transformation” together with Hyun Park and Denis Pertsev. The conversation explored where AI is already creating real impact, and where expectations are still ahead of reality.

Overall, a great day full of meaningful discussions, new connections, and shared curiosity about where AI is taking the industry. We’re honored to be frontrunners in this era.

Big thanks to the Games Factory Talents team for organizing the event, and to everyone who joined on-site and remotely.

New Playable Showcase: Music Theory by Justin Guitar

To wrap up the month, here’s a look at one of our latest playable showcases created for Musopia: Music Theory by Justin Guitar.

In the full app, players learn music theory through practical, bite-sized lessons that connect directly to real guitar playing. Instead of abstract theory, the focus is on understanding the fretboard and applying knowledge immediately.

Our playable focuses on a simple but essential concept: learning the musical alphabet through interaction. Users engage directly with the notes, making the learning process hands-on and easy to grasp.

This project is a great example of how even educational content can be turned into engaging, interactive experiences.

From a production perspective, this was one of our fastest customer projects so far. The playable was created in around 7 hours from idea to fully functional, with roughly 90% of the implementation handled by AI, and the rest 10% was made with our no-code editors.

Fast to build, simple to understand, and immediately interactive.

Big thanks to Musopia for choosing playables.ai to bring music learning into a playable format!

Release Notes, But Actually Interesting

Let’s be honest. Release notes aren’t exactly something people get excited about.

So we decided to change that.

We’ve started shipping our PlayablesAI release notes in an interactive format, where you don’t just read what’s new… you actually click through and experience it yourself.

Kind of the whole point of what we do.

In the latest update, we introduced promptable particle effects like Cosmos, Inferno, Blizzard, and Celebration, making it even easier to add visual polish to your playables. Alongside that, we rolled out improvements like smoother 3D with antialiasing, a responsive UI that adapts to landscape and portrait, a viewer for .qsapp files, and automatic updates to the latest format.

And here’s the fun part: these release notes weren’t just written about our product, they were created with it.

The entire interactive experience was built using PlayablesAI, 100% through prompting.

If you haven’t tried interactive release notes before, now’s a good time.

April was all about building and sharing. On stage, in product, and through new interactive experiences.

From AI in practice at Game Talent Fair to new playable showcases and a fresh way to explore our release notes, one thing is clear. We are moving toward a more interactive, faster, and more hands-on future.

More showcases are already in the works, new features are on the way, and… possibly even a book release?!?

More on that later.

See you next month! 👋

Powered by AI-driven tools, our platform makes it fast and easy to create high-performing formats. Interactive ads perform over 3x better than video ads, but have been costly and time-consuming to make, until now.

Our Finland-based team has a strong track record in interactive WebGL experiences, including Treasure Tails (Facebook), Werewolf Friends (Zoom), and Axie Infinity: Raylights (Ronin blockchain).
