May Newsletter: QSApp At Tuska Heavy Metal Festival
Funeral Planning… at a Metal Festival? Yes, Really. Powered by QSApp.
Hi there, it’s Karo from Quicksave!🤘
While spring is in full swing here at Quicksave, we’ve already got our eyes on summer, and more specifically, June. That’s because QSApp is hitting a brand-new milestone: it’s about to rock one of the biggest metal festivals in the Nordics, Tuska Festival, happening June 27–29 in Helsinki!
In This Post 👇
- QSApp powers a bold new experience at Tuska Festival, in collaboration with Funeral Home Mononen
- Festival-goers can design their own funeral plan, on-site, via a custom QSApp
- Fresh updates to our Editors with improved usability, clarity, and license visibility
⚰️ Funeral Planning… At a Metal Festival? Powered by QSApp
In the world of iconic pairings, few combos hit harder than heavy metal and death, and this summer at Tuska, QSApp is helping light that combo on fire.🔥
In partnership with Funeral Home Mononen Oy, Tuska Festival, and QSApp, an unexpected but beautiful idea is coming to life: between gigs, festival-goers can visit Mononen’s booth and create their very own funeral plan.
Here’s how the experience flows:
- Snap a photo while lying in a coffin
- Pick your preferred urn or coffin style
- Choose flowers and final decorations and details
- Leave behind a message or lyric
- Share your custom plan online with your family and friends

The entire experience runs in a custom-built QSApp: fully browser-based, no downloads needed. And like every QSApp, it’s a no-code solution, built to deliver interactive, high-impact experiences at any scale, even in the middle of a mosh pit.
It’s bold, unexpected, and unforgettable, just the way we like it!
Is death a heavy topic? Of course. But who says it can’t be explored in a way that’s creative, open, and, yes, a little less dead-serious?
